We carry out crossings under live tracks, including the Afrosiyob high-speed rail line.
The bore path is set and monitored by a locating system — drilling follows the design level and exits at the specified point. The road surface is not opened, the embankment stays intact, and we handle the crossing approvals ourselves.

Trenchless installation of power cables and fibre-optic communication lines — either inside an HDPE casing ⌀100–750 mm or by pulling the cable directly, without a casing.
In 2022 we installed around 1 km of PvPu cable (cross-linked polyethylene insulation) from HPP-1 around the Tashkent Zoo.
We work in dense urban areas where digging a trench is not an option.

Gas pipeline installation by HDD — polyethylene (PE) or steel pipe, diameters from 100 to 750 mm, lengths up to 250 m. We comply with required burial depths and clearances to existing utilities.
Where necessary, we carry out test pits to determine the exact position of live networks along the route.

Gravity and pressure sewerage by HDD, diameters from 100 to 750 mm, lengths up to 250 m. For gravity sections we maintain the design gradient — the bore path is monitored along the entire length.
We work in confined conditions: inside courtyards, under existing driveways and across landscaped areas, without damaging the surface.

Trenchless installation of water supply lines: HDPE or steel, diameters from 100 to 750 mm, lengths up to 250 m. Used for building connections, road crossings and street network installation.
No open excavation — paving and planting remain untouched, and no reinstatement works are needed afterwards.

We prepare working drawings for the crossing: route, burial depth, bore profile, calculations based on diameter and soil conditions, and a bill of materials.
For works requiring a design licence, we engage a licensed design organisation — the client does not need to find one.
We also handle approvals with utility owners and road authorities.

Butt fusion welding of polyethylene pipes. Carried out both as part of HDD works and as a standalone service at the client’s site.
Welding is priced separately from drilling; the cost depends on diameter and number of joints — we will quote against your specification.

Installation of steel casings by pipe jacking — diameters above 700 mm, with technical capability up to 2500 mm. The method is used where the diameter exceeds what HDD can handle: casings for trunk gas and oil pipelines, crossings under railways and roads, embankments and canals. Completed projects include a ⌀1420 mm crossing 53.4 m long and a ⌀1220 mm crossing under the Bukhara–Nukus highway. Traffic is not interrupted and the embankment is not opened.
